Common questions

Do I need an account? No. You can browse live waits, ride details and the Crowd Calendar without one. parkseego asks you to sign in when you save a favorite, set an alert, plan a trip, time a queue or buy parkseego Plus or Pro.

How do I sign in? With Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or your email address. There is no parkseego password. For email, enter your address and we email you a six-digit code. Type the code in the app to sign in. The same account works in the iPhone app and the web app.

I didn’t get my sign-in email. Check your spam or junk folder. The code works for 10 minutes, and only the newest code works. If it expires, ask for a new code on the same screen.

I used Hide My Email and now I have two accounts. Sign in with Apple can give parkseego a private relay address instead of your email. When you sign in that way the first time, parkseego asks whether you’re new or already have an account. If you already have one, choose I already have an account and sign in the way you did before. If you ended up with two accounts, email us from both addresses and we’ll help.

I used a password in a test version. parkseego no longer uses passwords. Sign in with the same email address with a code, and your favorites, plans and subscription stay with your account.

A wait time looks wrong. Waits come from the park’s public data and can lag behind the posted sign by a few minutes. If a ride looks stuck, pull down to refresh. Tell us the park, the ride and the time if it stays wrong.

I’m not getting alerts.

Plans, billing and refunds

What do Plus and Pro cost? Plus is $9.99 a year and Pro is $19.99 a year, on the App Store and on the web. Both renew every year until you cancel. There’s no free trial; the free plan is yours to use as long as you like.

How do I cancel?

Either way, your plan stays on until the end of the year you’ve paid for.

How do I get a refund?

What’s the charge on my card statement? Web purchases appear as AGES FOUNDRY, the company that makes parkseego. App Store purchases appear as Apple.

I bought Plus or Pro but the app still says Free.

If it still says Free, email us.

My travel advisor gave me a pass. Sign in to the parkseego app with the email address your advisor invited, then accept your advisor when the app asks. The pass is free to you, lasts a year from when you accept, and doesn’t renew. If you signed in with Hide My Email, sign in with the invited address instead.

The Apple Watch app is empty. The Watch app needs parkseego Plus or Pro. Open parkseego on your iPhone once while signed in, with the Watch nearby. The Watch shows your Watchlist and refreshes on its own after that.

How do I delete my account? In the iPhone app, go to More › Account › Delete account, or in the web app at Account › Delete account. This removes your account and everything saved to it. If you use Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple once more, so parkseego’s access to your Apple Account is revoked too. Deleting cancels a web subscription right away, but doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that with Apple.
